In this article, I want to share with you a build that we've been enjoying lately. It revolves around the new Riata's Dance sword and the Raider ascendancy class, aiming for incredible speed and damage. This build is centered around the unique property of Riata's Dance, treating enemy monster Elemental resistance values as inverted. This allows us to stack various elemental damage types without worrying about enemy resistances, making it an exciting and effective choice for the build.

Raider Ascendancy: Choosing Raider allows us to stack frenzy charges and onslaught, providing a significant boost to attack, cast, and movement speed. The goal is to go fast and hit hard.

Tattoos and Riata's Dance: Utilizing the Loyalty of Riata tattoo, we can summon the spirit of Riata, gaining a substantial boost to action speed when hitting marked unique enemies. Riata's Dance itself offers lightning and cold damage, allowing for versatile elemental damage stacking.

Spectral Throw Mechanics: Spectral Throw is the primary skill for this build, providing an engaging playstyle for mapping and boss encounters. Its boomerang effect and projectile mechanics make it effective for hitting enemies at various ranges.

Defensive Layers: The build relies on evasion and spell suppression for defense. By maximizing evasion through Raider ascendancy, blinding enemies, and using additional sources of spell suppression, we aim to avoid damage through strategic positioning.

Berserk, Ancestral Protector, and Vaal Haste: These skills contribute to the build's speed and damage output, with Berserk acting as a powerful damage button, Ancestral Protector boosting attack speed, and Vaal Haste providing additional speed.

The Raider ascendancy progression focuses on frenzy charge generation, onslaught, and maximizing the effectiveness of both. The passive tree heavily invests in utilizing tattoos, with a particular emphasis on elemental damage and critical strike chance.

Spectral Throw setup includes Increased Critical Strikes, Ice Bite, Divergent Elemental Damage with Attacks, Anomalous Inspiration Support, and Inspiration Support.

For mapping, GMP (Greater Multiple Projectiles) can be added, while Slower Projectiles are preferred for single-target encounters.

Auras include Grace, Vaal Grace, Herald of Ice, Precision, and Vitality.

Additional skills like Leap Slam, Snipers Mark on Hit, and Cast When Damage Taken setups complement the build.

Key gear includes Riata's Dance sword, a helmet with reduced spectral throw deceleration, and a chest piece with base attacks having critical strike chance, suppression, and life regeneration.

Comb Spirit gauntlets are essential for rage generation, and Darkray Vectors boots provide an extra frenzy charge.

Rings, amulets, and belts should focus on life, resistances, and damage modifiers like elemental damage with attacks and critical strike multiplier.

Bottled Faith and a well-crafted Diamond Flask contribute significantly to damage output.

During the leveling phase, prioritize using Oni-Goroshi until you can equip Riata's Dance around level 40. Utilize Goldrim, Seven-League Steps, Thief's Torment, and a Lonial Caress for a smooth leveling experience.

Conclusion:

This Spectral Throw Raider build offers a thrilling and fast-paced gameplay experience, excelling in both mapping and boss encounters. While not without challenges, its speed and damage potential make it a rewarding choice for players seeking an engaging playstyle in Path of Exile.
