Old School RuneScape launched the "Soul War" anniversary event

Jan-07-2021 PST Category: runescape

Old School RuneScape was established in 2013 to celebrate its brother’s 20th anniversary. Starting today, you can try a new small game called "Soul Fight" in the Old School RuneScape game.

Now, all OSRS members who meet certain basic requirements can use Soul Wars.

Jagex’s official announcement stated: “Mysterious portals have been opened in Edgeville and Ferox Enclave. “Those who are adventurous will find themselves in the Soul Island, where they will have the opportunity to play "War of Souls", this is a new, members-only mini-game that involves intense battles and territorial control. "The most important thing is that there is no need to worry about losing equipment and buying Old School RuneScape Gold, because "Soul Fight" is a safe mini game for all participants.

After reading this tutorial, you can participate in the official "War of Souls" competition. The goal is simple. Before the timer returns to zero, eliminate as many faces of the opposing team as possible. The game usually takes about 15 minutes, but if 5 avatars are eliminated twice, they may end early. In the process, in order to reduce the enemy's power, you can capture soul obelisks, sacrifice soul fragments from defeated opponents to destroy their avatars, and destroy various roadblocks to create new passages.

All this sounds like a great addition to OSRS's minigame roster, an interesting way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Runescape. There are also many great rewards, such as the exclusive Soul Cape and OSRS gold.

Like the "Soul Fight" mini-game, you will also find various other anniversary events in Old School RuneScape. In the RuneScape store, there is a huge task involving a "lo-weak Gnome Child", the end of the 2nd league, its rewards and many new products. In other RuneScape, until January, players will be provided with new activities every week, just go to Lumbridge Crater to participate. 2021 will be another great year for RuneScape, and we would like to know the team's next plan.
