Old School RuneScape continues to seek community feedback on RS gold its comprehensive equipment rebalancing program, this time requesting comments on the current Ranged metadata. To this end, Jagex released a short survey that will help identify current issues in metadata and gain insight into the changes the community wants to see.

The majority of the initial community feedback on the rebalancing of the equipment was negative, which caused Jagex to take a step back and slow the progress of the plan. Since then, the team has been completely transparent about what changes will be made and why it is deemed necessary. This latest survey is another step in the right direction-giving players a say in the development of OSRS.

RuneScape finally added the Rex patriarch, providing double XP during the battle week

As far as remote equipment is concerned, the toxic blowpipe is the main target of equipment rebalancing. Jagex wants to play a strong role in almost all situations, and now wants to weaken popular weapons to prevent balance problems. However, the change has not yet been determined.

Jagex announced: "It is almost certain that the toxic blowpipe may remain the same in the game." "However, we will be in a situation where the addition of new ranged equipment from future content will cause blatant power to spread. Close combat /The gap between the magician and a remote item will continue to widen.

"We believe that making changes now is in the best interest of the cheap RuneScape gold long-term health of the game. We still hope that the toxic blowpipe will still work, but make it a tool in your arsenal, not the entire army!"
